P.E.A.C.E.Community Garden

P.E.A.C.E. Garden was founded in 2012 by Carrie Ellmore Tallitsch and John Wong with a vision of inspiring Permaculture, Environment, Abundance, Community, & Empathy into the community and environment.  

 

P.E.A.C.E. Garden resides on the emerging “Green” footprint at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Together, with the support and partnership of Sustainable Jersey City, we hope to enrich and inspire the Five Corners Community.  As an organic permaculture garden, we use no chemicals, pesticides, or GMO seeds.

 

We offer compost drop off for Traditional and Bokashi compost systems. We are committed to caring for the land with an integrity that generates a permanent and sustainable culture between earth, animals, and humans in an urban setting.
